My Sovereign Signal intensive is simple with a single focus: holding you accountable for the self-care and self-reflection time it takes to know what you actually want.

That clarity gets lost easily under outside pressure or new influences — such as the ownership transfer to a PE firm with firm beliefs and dreams of its own about what should be achieved.

This installs the discipline required to keep hearing your own signal, even while everything around you is changing.

How We Work Together

I offer a free 30-minute meeting in which we find out if this is the right fit for you.

Afterwards, we start and agree on a schedule, which will roughly look like the following:

Over 80 days, we meet for a short call every two weeks, and I check in between sessions with regular voice message exchanges — holding you accountable for the self-care and self-reflection time you say matters, even when your calendar says otherwise.

This isn’t therapy and it isn’t strategy consulting. It’s accountability for paying attention to yourself, so that when you do make a decision, you know it’s actually yours.

I found voice mails to be the perfect medium for this kind of work, because they can be sent any time, and they reveal some of the deeper layers of what is going on with you — without the need to be a professional writer.
