I’m learning with leaders how to lead better through transformational change.

It can make or break a company’s legacy. And I want to help leaders maximize their success, such that more teams can thrive and create with joy, pride and learning experiences.

So, I am reaching out to leaders on LinkedIn asking them about their successes and failures during times of big change.

Also keeping an eye on what is possible with AI, and applying for jobs to bridge the financial gap while building my business.

And I keep writing my journal with my evolving thoughts about leadership every Monday.

Also learning to play the Ukulele with my six year old son.

Learning how to build and maintain a Ruby on Rails website with AI in 2026.

Life

I enjoy life in a co-housing community with my family, visiting the Willamette River every morning.

Creating some comics with AI, because humor keeps me going.
