Advisory retainer
With my advisory service, I will help you leverage both your team and the existing business constraints towards a successful story.
Leadership during times of change has the potential to create disaster or create breakthroughs to new levels of success.
Every leader has been trapped in thought patterns like these:
- “Everyone is just complaining and nobody comes up with solutions”,
- “I wish Joe had told that to me months ago.”
- “They are just not doing what they are supposed to do.”
- “I said this three weeks ago. Is anyone ever listening to me?”
- “I hear ten different explanations for the same problem. Is nobody ever talking to each other?”
- “Now I don’t have the time to explain how to get the sales through, I have to do this myself again.”
- “In the end, I have to grind myself to fix everybody’s mistakes.”
These situations are not the problem, they are symptoms of the problem. The problem is the absence of alignment and clarity throughout the team, the leadership and the board.
Allowing this situation to continue generally means projects and initiatives have a low probability of success. I’ve seen this, I’ve lived it. I imagine you have as well.
My advisory service is simple with a single focus: helping create alignment between you and your team and clarity for the board about why things are happening.
This installs the foundation required to reach the goals you set for your organization.
How We Work Together
I provide at least two biweekly calls, and continuous e-mail access with a general response rate under 24hrs to lead you through the alignment building process and to help you get the clarity you need to communicate with the team and board.
I’ll make myself available for further calls to be a buffer for challenging situations, offering mirroring, reflection and rehearsal of tough conversations.
Reach out and we’ll talk through your situation and what a good rhythm looks like for you.
